FAQs

1. Where is The Kitchen Depot based?

We are a U.S.-based brand with fulfillment partners worldwide. Some items ship from warehouses in the U.S., while others ship directly from our trusted suppliers overseas. This allows us to offer you a wider selection at competitive prices.
U.S. warehouse items: 2–5 business days. International warehouse items: 7–15 business days on average (sometimes up to 20 during peak seasons). You’ll always receive a tracking link to follow your order.
To get your items to you faster, we sometimes ship from different suppliers or warehouses. Each package will have its own tracking number, and everything will arrive within the estimated delivery window.
No, not currently. At this time, The Kitchen Depot ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding in the future, but for now our focus is on providing fast and reliable shipping to our U.S. customers.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly from your account page if you created one at checkout.
We offer a 15-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene, we cannot accept returns on used food-contact items (like cutters or platters). If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Yes. If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will issue a refund or send a replacement. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
First, check with neighbors, family members, and your local carrier. If it still hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, contact us at "contact@thekitchendepot.com" and we’ll investigate.
We carefully select safe, durable, and stylish materials such as bamboo, stainless steel, glass, ceramic, and silicone. Bamboo products are eco-friendly, naturally antibacterial, and sustainably sourced. Stainless steel tools are food-grade and rust-resistant.
Most stainless steel items are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Bamboo and wooden items should be hand-washed and dried promptly to preserve their quality. Each product listing includes care instructions.
Because we’re not just selling kitchenware—we’re building a brand for women who want strength, style, and elegance in the heart of their home. Every product is hand-selected for quality, functionality, and beauty, so you can feel proud to say, “I got this from The Kitchen Depot.”
